About Tapan Mallik

Tapan Mallik is a solutions advisor at Arkieva – a leading supply chain planning software company in Wilmington, Delaware. He recently retired from Kinaxis where he was an Advisor in their Center of Excellence.

Prior to Kinaxis, Tapan led global supply chain transformation and implementation of integrated supply chain planning solutions at DuPont. He was responsible for driving global supply chain process standardization, across DuPont’s diverse business units while respecting the uniqueness of manufacturing processes and customer fulfillment objectives.

Tapan’s key responsibilities were to develop integrated supply chain planning solutions, people competency development, and translating strategy into measurable and executable business actions.

Tapan received his Ph.D. from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining DuPont, he taught Operations Management and MIS at the University of Minnesota Business School. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
