Senior Manager, Customer Experience

Responsible for all aspects of customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth with Arkieva. Collect and analyze customer intelligence and feedback to ensure business sustainability and profitability. Most customers are strategic with large spending.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience, ensuring Arkieva provides excellent service during project delivery and on-going support.
  • Manage customer relationship by fostering positive interactions between Arkieva and customer.
  • Understand our customers and their specific needs and create a clear customer strategic vision, identifying opportunities to advance their operations.
  • Collaborate and facilitate involvement from CoE, PMO, or Business Partner to ensure a successful implementation of projects and tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with focus on solving business problems.
  • Interface with different departments within the Customer Experience and Solutions team to assure best services to customer’s needs.
  • Complete customer forecasting, billing / invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Interact with customers to improve the use of the Arkieva application.
  • Engage and support Director of Customer Experience in customer experience best practices and consistency of process.
  • Ensure successful project delivery from solution analysis to go-live through mentoring team members and managing project expectations.
  • Provide customer support activities and escalation solutions.
  • Support other activities as needed, including but not limited to technical consulting, existing demos, and project management.
  • Up to 30% travel, including global trips.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

SKILLS AND EDUCATION

  • Organizational, strategic, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • High level Arkieva knowledge.
  • Expert understanding of supply chain planning concepts and business process engineering principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with customers in social settings and a winsome attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to change, effectively prioritize, meet deadlines, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative; requires minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lead and/or facilitate multiple cross-functional projects and manage conflicts within groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related IT field is required, graduate degree is preferred. A minimum of 10+ years working as a consultant or directly with customers and 5 years of leadership experience.
  • APICS Certification is desired.

Software Solutions Consultant

Responsible for consulting activities for the implementation and support of technical solutions or operational enhancements of Arkieva Software solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the implementation, testing and support of complex applications using Arkieva software.
  • Translate design specifications into detailed coding.
  • Develop business process engineering solutions.
  • Work with project team and customer experience team to implement and support Arkieva supply chain solutions.
  • Provide live customer support solutions for support tickets and customer tasks outlined in Support Request or small-scale project SOW.
  • Be knowledgeable in all areas Arkieva software solution such as demand planning, inventory management, optimization and scheduling, working towards becoming an expert in a minimum of one area.
  • Up to 10% travel to customer sites, including global trips.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

SKILLS AND EDUCATION

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Understanding of integrated supply chain planning concepts, business process engineering principles and be comfortable with positioning decision support system against ERP Systems. Ability to think like a user.
  • Collaboration, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to complete tasks on-time.
  • Proficiency in basic SQL, process documentation, data science.
  • Basic knowledge of optimization modeling (linear and mixed-integer programming) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related IT field is required, graduate degree is preferred and 1+ years of technical support experience (supply chain preferred).
  • APICS Certification is strongly desired.

Senior Software Solutions Consultant

Responsible for consulting activities while leading the implementation of technical solutions or operational enhancements in support of Arkieva Software solutions.
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, testing and support of complex applications using Arkieva software.
  • Work alongside Business Partners to define business requirements and recommend technical approach to meet those needs. Complete design specifications translating business requirements into detailed coding.
  • Implement projects and Arkieva supply chain solutions from solution analysis to go-live while administering changes as necessary.
  • Provide live customer support solutions for support tickets and complex issues.
  • Develop and present hour-long webinars on Arkieva solutions or supply chain topics.
  • Be an expert in a minimum of two areas of Arkieva software solution such as demand planning, inventory management or optimization (LP/MIP) models to formulate complex supply chain solutions.
  • Experience working directly with customers on a minimum of 6 projects and a variety of implementations.
  • Assist in the development of consultants and act as a mentor.
  • Up to 20% travel to customer sites, including global trips.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

Skills and Education

  • Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate in formal and informal discussions with customers and throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Collaboration, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Ability to build relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to complete tasks on-time, with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced understanding of supply chain planning concepts and business process engineering principles. Ability to think like a user.
  • Advanced SQL, client support, data science, and DBA reports.
  • Strong knowledge of optimization modeling (linear and mixed-integer programming) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related IT field is required, graduate degree is preferred and 3+ years as Consultant or proven ability to perform required skills.
  • APICS Certification is strongly desired.
