CONSULTANT

Responsible for consulting activities for the implementation of technical solutions or operational enhancements in support of Arkieva software solutions. 

LOCATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of supply chain planning applications using Arkieva software.
  • Translate design specifications into detailed SQL coding.
  • Develop business process engineering solutions.
  • Work with project team and customer to develop and implement Arkieva supply chain solutions.
  • Provide live customer support solutions for support tickets.
  • Be knowledgeable in all areas Arkieva software solution such as demand planning, scheduling, inventory and optimization, working towards becoming an expert in a minimum of one area.
  • Up to 10% travel to customer sites, including global trips.
  • Support other activities or project work as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in SQL (at least 80% in an intermediate level SQL test).
  • Meets deadlines and commitments and holds oneself accountable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to complete tasks on-time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to listen to customer and understand and interpret their business needs.
  • Collaboration, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related IT field is required, graduate degree is preferred and 1+ years of technical support experience (supply chain preferred).

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

  • Proficient in process documentation and data science.
  • Understanding of integrated supply chain planning concepts, business process engineering principles and be comfortable with positioning decision support system against ERP.
  • Basic knowledge of optimization modeling (linear and mixed-integer programming).
  • CPIM (APICS) Certification.

Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist you will be supporting Arkieva Small Business SaaS application working alongside members of our Business Development team. We are searching for an outgoing, energetic, and motivated customer support professional to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, beginning to end – from sales handover to configuration to training, ensuring customers rollout the platform as quickly as possible.
  • Deliver confident training sessions which educate and enable new users, illustrating the benefits of the software, effectively communicating value to customers and instilling confidence and belief in the product.
  • Develop functional expertise with Arkieva Small Business solutions and maintain knowledge as features continue to evolve and new or updated products are rolled out over time
  • Professional presentation of SaaS software product and its features to customers.
  • Deliver high quality training and demonstrations that positions the product as the best solution to meet the customer’s vision
  • Use reporting and analytics to provide insights into account growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Listen and empathize with the customers in order to ensure the system is set up for their specific needs
  • Directing customers to available resources such as Online Help, Knowledge Base Articles, and customer training materials.
  • Troubleshooting application errors including thoroughly documenting what process they were using when they encountered the error, researching possible causes, and reviewing likely contributors.
  • Escalating suspected software defects to technical team with well documented notes on troubleshooting performed.

Account Manager (Sales)

Primary Interest

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Arkieva believes there is significant opportunity to drive revenue through expansion in existing customers.

What does an Account Manager do?

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers also answers client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Consulting, Marketing and Sales departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.

High Level Responsibilities:

Account Manager is responsible for upselling existing customers on software licenses and services. Additional responsibilities include cross-selling to other BU’s and geographies within the customer organization.

Existing Customers:

  • AM is responsible to work with COO, Sales, and Consulting to determine customers with expansion opportunities.
  • Jointly responsible with Consulting for overall customer health and satisfaction
  • Define and document: opportunities based on expansion type: (Functional, BU, GEO).
  • Develop a relationship with customer stakeholders who can greenlight expansion.
  • Assist Consulting with customer issues/challenges and help find resolution
  • Coordinate marketing activities with customers such as speaking, case studies, references
  • Set up a schedule for routine customer check-ins.
  • AM high level target is getting [2] expansion deals in FY 2022.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Senior Consultant

Arkieva sells and installs supply chain planning software. Each installation is configured to the client’s environment and business process. The Arkieva senior consultant is responsible for consulting activities for the implementation of these technical solutions, and operational enhancements in support of the Arkieva software implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of supply chain planning implementations using Arkieva software.
  • Develop business planning procedures to support the supply chaining planning requirements articulated by the business.
  • Translate business requirements into design specifications.
  • Guide other consultants in detailed SQL coding.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all areas of the Arkieva software solution such as demand planning, scheduling, inventory, and optimization.
  • Up to 20% travel to customer sites, including global trips.
  • Support other activities or project work as needed.

Required Skills and Education

  • Knowledge of supply chain issues and how different areas of supply chain planning interact.
  • Proficiency in SQL (at least 80% in an intermediate-level SQL test).
  • Meets deadlines and commitments and holds oneself accountable.
  • Ability to set goals and manage tasks to reach the goal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to listen to the customer and understand and interpret their business needs.
  • Collaboration, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in either:
    • Implementing supply chain planning software, or
    • Implementing and running supply chain planning processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field is required, a graduate degree is preferred.

 Preferred Skills and Education

  • Understanding of integrated supply chain planning concepts, business process engineering principles and be comfortable with positioning decision support system against ERP.
  • Understand the data required for supply chain planning, as well how to clean and aggregate data meaningfully.
  • Knowledge of optimization modeling (linear and mixed-integer programming).
  • Ability to model business requirements and translate them to optimization models.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management.
  • CPIM (APICS) Certification.
