Responsible for consulting activities for the implementation of technical solutions or operational enhancements in support of Arkieva software solutions. 


There are openings for this position in:

  • Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of supply chain planning applications using Arkieva software.
  • Translate design specifications into detailed SQL coding.
  • Develop business process engineering solutions.
  • Work with project team and customer to develop and implement Arkieva supply chain solutions.
  • Provide live customer support solutions for support tickets.
  • Be knowledgeable in all areas Arkieva software solution such as demand planning, scheduling, inventory and optimization, working towards becoming an expert in a minimum of one area.
  • Up to 10% travel to customer sites, including global trips.
  • Support other activities or project work as needed.


  • Proficiency in SQL (at least 80% in an intermediate level SQL test).
  • Meets deadlines and commitments and holds oneself accountable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to complete tasks on-time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to listen to customer and understand and interpret their business needs.
  • Collaboration, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related IT field is required, graduate degree is preferred and 1+ years of technical support experience (supply chain preferred).


  • Proficient in process documentation and data science.
  • Understanding of integrated supply chain planning concepts, business process engineering principles and be comfortable with positioning decision support system against ERP.
  • Basic knowledge of optimization modeling (linear and mixed-integer programming).
  • CPIM (APICS) Certification.
