Fortunately, serious research has been done on this topic. In this webinar, we will share some methodology to dollarize the return on investment (ROI) from improvements in the forecast and how one can apply it to their business. Participants will be able to carry the knowledge back to their business and apply the ROI calculations in trying to sell the demand planning project internally, or to calculate the ROI of a recently finished project.
