To give a practical view on how to create a better integrated supply chain process, Paul Johnson, Director of Supply Chain Planning at Advanced Drainage Systems also presents “Using Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Network Optimization to Increase Cost Savings” on Wednesday, May 15, from 12:20 pm – 12:40 pm. This presentation is centered on how to practically achieve cost savings while rapidly optimizing processes.
